We believe in ensuring that our customer have great fitting flip flops and will gladly exchange your flip flops for the next size up/down.
The only exceptions we have are on our sale items. For those, we do have a no returns policy. They are often deeply marked down because they were from a past inventory run and the color/style just didn't work out.
